Forms can be filled in electronically and we ask that you fill in all areas required. Forms not filled in correctly will not be accepted. We also cannot accept photos of the booking forms. Forms can either be filled in electronically, scanned and emailed back or printed, filled in and returned to an educator.

A few things to remember…

– Cancellations need to be made by Friday 30th June 2023. Any cancellations made after this date will be charged at full fees unless a medical certificate can be provided.

– Your child/ren will need a water bottle every day.

– Please read the program carefully to ensure you pack appropriate clothing, footwear and food for the activities planned.

-If you have not used the service within 13 weeks of making your booking you will need re-sign a CWA in Xplor and go into your myGov account and re-confirm us as a childcare provider. Please do this AFTER you have received confirmation from us about your booking.
